The development is located in the south-eastern region of Grandview-Woodland neighbourhood in the city of Vancouver. A Townhouse at Richmond Hill

Beautiful new townhouses in Richmond Hill's burgeoning west end will give the area a much-needed facelift. High-rise condo in Toronto

Hyde Park Homes and The Sher Corporation are collaborating on this project. The construction location is near Moss Park, at Shuter and Mutual Streets southeast corner. The pre-construction phase of this new development project is underway in downtown Toronto's Garden District.

According to the plan, a 32-story residential skyscraper with 234 apartments would be constructed on the site, with a 2.5-story foundation made up of an existing historic structure. For the base, the historic building's facade will be repaired and integrated into the lobby and amenity area for the residences. There will also be a variety of two-story townhouses with entrances from the inside of the base structure as part of the project.
