The 15,577-square-meter structure, which will be entirely devoted to residential space, is expected to accommodate a total of 217 condominium apartments, including 104 one-bedroom units, 90 two-bedroom units, and 23 three-bedroom units. This building’s amenities will feature a four-level underground parking garage with 55 spots per floor, seven of which will be designated as guest parking. Additionally, in response to developer pressure to adopt greener modes of transportation, 217 bicycle parking places have been suggested; 195 for residents and 22 for guests. Additionally, a pedestrian path has been designed to encourage increased walking as a mode of transportation and to provide a direct access to public transportation.

49 Jackes Avenue intends to add distinctive external vegetation into its designs to stay current with condo trends. These 9-by-4.06-metre slots are intended to hold pairs of balconies that open out to huge patios on each third story.
