75 Ontario Street Condos in Toronto is a new project by Lamb Development Corp that is currently in the pre-construction phase and will be built at 75 Ontario Street.
This forthcoming development, designed by renowned architect architectsAlliance, will be a 38-story tower with 354 mixed-use residential units, as well as excellent amenity areas and forward-thinking architecture. The units will comprise a combination of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. The expected completion date for 75 Ontario Street Condos is still unknown.
Additionally, 75 Ontario Street Condos will have 4,133 square feet of retail space on the ground floor with frontage on Richmond and Ontario Streets.
75 Ontario Street Condos will be located in the Moss Park neighbourhood, close to downtown Toronto. The Moss Park area is defined by Parliament and Jarvis Streets, with Carlton Street to the north and Front Street to the south. The Moss Park Armoury is located in a huge public park in the heart of the community.
The neighbourhood is walkable to everything in the core. Residents can walk to many of the area’s conveniences and facilities, including shopping, restaurants, cafés, entertainment, GO Transit, schools, major highways, conservation areas, parklands, and more.
The public transportation system in the Moss Park area is outstanding. Lamb Development Corp.‘s 75 Ontario Street Condos will rise 34 storeys to historic sites such as the Moss Park Armoury and Toronto‘s first post office. It will be roughly bounded by Jarvis Street to the west, Parliament Street and the Don Valley to the east, Carlton Street to the north, and Front Street/Eastern Avenue to the south.
