75 Ontario Street Condos in Toronto is a new project by Lamb Development Corp that is currently in the pre-construction phase and will be built at 75 Ontario Street.

This forthcoming development, designed by renowned architect architectsAlliance, will be a 38-story tower with 354 mixed-use residential units, as well as excellent amenity areas and forward-thinking architecture. The units will comprise a combination of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. The expected completion date for 75 Ontario Street Condos is still unknown.

Additionally, 75 Ontario Street Condos will have 4,133 square feet of retail space on the ground floor with frontage on Richmond and Ontario Streets.

75 Ontario Street Condos will be located in the Moss Park neighbourhood, close to downtown Toronto. The Moss Park area is defined by Parliament and Jarvis Streets, with Carlton Street to the north and Front Street to the south. Lamb Development Corp.‘s 75 Ontario Street Condos will rise 34 storeys to historic sites such as the Moss Park Armoury and Toronto‘s first post office.
