High-rise condo in Toronto
A new and improved way of urban lifestyle is soon to take shape in Toronto by the name of Anx Condo.
Anx Condo is a new and upcoming condominium building by Freed Developments, one of the biggest names in the real estate industry of the country especially known for their outstanding work in parts of King Street West in downtown Toronto.
Designed by Teeple Architects, the building of Anx Condo is currently under construction and the homes are estimated to be ready for occupancy by spring 2024. There are 13 floors and 104 units in the building.
The development is located at 328 Dupont Street in Toronto and the builder’s belief of “live, work and play in the neighbourhood” truly materialize in this project.
The development is located in a famous neighbourhood called The Annex in Toronto. The neighbourhood is one of the most vibrant and lively areas in the city. The area is suitable for people from all walks of life but it is especially favourable for the students living in the area. Shops, restaurants, transit stops, everything you can possibly need is available within a few minutes of walk or drive.
The neighbourhood makes transit from one place to another so easy that it is no more a task to commute to different places. Even the residents who do not own a vehicle can easily go by as most of the errands can be completed on foot.
Dupont Subway Station is just a few steps away from home. The residents enjoy easy access to Dupont St, Allen Rd, and Don Valley Parkway.
The students are probably the group of people who for whom the area is most suitable given its distance from some of the best colleges and universities. George Brown Casa Loma campus is just a short walk away.
Students can reach the University of Toronto- Saint George Campus in just 4 minutes. OCAD or Ryerson University are also two of the university that is easily accessible though transit.
The residents will not miss the calm and tranquillity of the greenspaces living in this neighbourhood. There are plenty of outdoor options in the area. Allan Gardens is just about 13 minutes away.
Some of the beautiful parks in the area include Cawthra Playground, Vermont Square Park, Ramsden Park, Paul Martel Park, Hillcrest Park, Taddle Creek Park, Wells Hill Park, and Bickford Park.
This upcoming project by Greed Developments will offer 104 units of condominiums across 13 floors. The homes will be available in different layouts of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units.
The size of the units will range from 441 square feet to 1530 square feet. The residents will not only appreciate the outdoor facilities but also the indoor amenities by interior designer Johnson Chou which include 9’0″ to 11’0″ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, wide plank engineered hardwood flooring in the kitchen, and European-style cabinetry among others.
Freed Developments is a firm who largely made their name reimagining parts of King Street West in downtown Toronto. Now their sleek, innovative condominium communities can be found all over the city, with several gracing the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. Freed believes one should be able to live, work and play in their neighbourhood, and as such, sets out to develop condominiums that are as much lifestyle hubs as they are places of residence.
