Anx Condo is a new and upcoming condominium building by Freed Developments, one of the biggest names in the real estate industry of the country especially known for their outstanding work in parts of King Street West in downtown Toronto.

Designed by Teeple Architects, the building of Anx Condo is currently under construction and the homes are estimated to be ready for occupancy by spring 2024. There are 13 floors and 104 units in the building.
