A new and improved way of urban lifestyle is soon to take shape in Toronto by the name of Anx Condo.

Anx Condo is a new and upcoming condominium building by Freed Developments, one of the biggest names in the real estate industry of the country especially known for their outstanding work in parts of King Street West in downtown Toronto.

Designed by Teeple Architects, the building of Anx Condo is currently under construction and the homes are estimated to be ready for occupancy by spring 2024. There are 13 floors and 104 units in the building.

The development is located at 328 Dupont Street in Toronto and the builder’s belief of “live, work and play in the neighbourhood” truly materialize in this project.

The development is located in a famous neighbourhood called The Annex in Toronto. The neighbourhood is one of the most vibrant and lively areas in the city. The size of the units will range from 441 square feet to 1530 square feet. The residents will not only appreciate the outdoor facilities but also the indoor amenities by interior designer Johnson Chou which include 9’0″ to 11’0″ ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, wide plank engineered hardwood flooring in the kitchen, and European-style cabinetry among others.
