High-rise condo in Toronto

Facing the picturesque Lake Ontario and offering breathtaking views, Aqualuna is set to become one of the most prestigious lakeside residential buildings.

Aqualuna is an upcoming high-rise condo by Tridel and Hines, two of the country’s most experienced developers, engaging in real estate investing, management, and construction, with each project setting new standards for creativity and sustainability.

The high-rise structure of Aqualuna, designed by Danish designers 3XN, offers stunning views in all directions with dramatic balconies and terraces. There are to be a total of 225 condos across 16 stories in the building ranging in size from 1536 to 4622 square feet. The project is estimated for completion in 2023.

The development is located at Merchants’ Wharf in Toronto, an area with amazing downtown access and proximity to beaches and parks.

The development is in Toronto‘s East Bayfront neighbourhood, which is a prime location. As part of Waterfront Toronto’s aspirations to establish a residential and business area urban centre along the lake, it is currently undergoing a transformation from industrial to mixed-use.

The neighbourhood’s transportation infrastructure is well-developed, with residents having access to a range of modes of transportation. Several public transit stops are within walking distance of the neighbourhood’s residents.
