Prior to becoming WA Architects, the company was known as Wensley Architecture Ltd., owing to its founder, B. James Wensley. Known as Diamond Jim for his ability to put people at rest, both at home and in the workplace, and for his keen insight. Jim planned, inspired, and affected a significant portion of the Edmonton environment before relocating to Vancouver and establishing the current business.
