Art Shoppe

A high-rise condo at Toronto

2131 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON

Capital Developments remains firm with their philosophy to treat people as their most important resource as well as creating fashion forward building designs. Art Shoppe exhibits those values. The building is structurally strong and appealing to the eye because it’s made with the best and reliable materials. While the architectural structure is attractive to look at, it doesn’t stick out as if it’s out of place. It blends well with the Canadian Landscape.

Art Shoppe is the prime example of how an architecture design fits perfectly well with its surroundings. It’s located in the part of town that is lively, dynamic, rich in activities and events, and ranked as one of the top places to live. On top of that, the area has a low crime rate and excellent community outreach. It’s a home you’ll never want to depart.

Capital Developments is an award winning real estate development company that prides itself on its ability to build iconic landmark towers. Capital Developments has been active in Canada since 2006, but they have roots in the international community, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe where they completely redefined the architecture and commercial culture in the region. Since coming back to Canada, they have built residential and mixed use buildings throughout Toronto and Montreal.

Freed Developments is a firm who largely made their name reimagining parts of King Street West in downtown Toronto. Now their sleek, innovative condominium communities can be found all over the city, with several gracing the Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood. Freed believes one should be able to live, work and play in their neighbourhood, and as such, sets out to develop condominiums that are as much lifestyle hubs as they are places of residence.
