ArtWalk Condos, situated in the SmartVMC, is a forward-thinking development for Vaughan. It is strategically bounded on the south by Apple Mill Road, on the east by Buttermill Road, and on the west by Edgeley Boulevard. ArtWalk Condos envisions four additional towers of varying heights and uses. The towers will have condominium apartments and retail space totaling 637,130 square feet. The developers have suggested 624 additional residential units distributed across three of the four exhibited structures; 368 apartments will be included in a 38-story structure, 184 units in an 18-story structure, and 72 units in a six-story structure.
