High-rise condo in Vaughan
This immaculate property will have one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging in size from 508 to 882 square feet.
SmartCentres‘ ArtWalk Condos is a new mixed-use condominium complex in Vaughan. This pre-construction project is located at 101 Edgeley Blvd in SmartVMC’s master-planned neighborhood, between Highway 7 and Jane Street. This four-building complex will reach a maximum height of 38 stories and will include 624 residential apartments, 590 square meters of retail space, and an underground parking garage.
ArtWalk Condos, situated in the SmartVMC, is a forward-thinking development for Vaughan. It is strategically bounded on the south by Apple Mill Road, on the east by Buttermill Road, and on the west by Edgeley Boulevard. When finished, the project will have 35 buildings with a mix of residential, office, and retail space. Additionally, it will have a park, shop promenades, and manicured pathways.
Additionally, residents have fast and simple access to Highways 400, 7, 407, and 401, which simplifies and expedites travel around the Greater Toronto Area. Residents can also use Vaughan Metropolitan Centre metro station which is just 4 minutes walk from the condo. From the VMC bus terminal, you may access lines operated by York Region, VIVA, and Brampton Transit Zum, among others.
Thanks to its central location in Vaughan, Artwalk Condos allows its residents to access different types of educational institutions all at once. Schools like St Gabriel Child Care Centre, Father Bresani High School, Immaculate Conception School and Vaughan College are among the closest ones to the condo. York University is just 12 minute drive away.
Residents may access outstanding retail selections and entertainment experiences ideal for families, young couples, and singles just outside the neighborhood. Cineplex Cinemas Vaughan, Canada’s Wonderland, and Playdium are just a handful of the numerous family-friendly entertainment options in the region.
The six-story structure will have 6,350 square feet of retail space in the podium and will be positioned near to a newly created nine-acre park. The last and smallest construction will be a four-story jewel box with an undefined use at the moment; its primary function will be to act as a pedestrian-friendly entryway, assisting in the integration of the buildings into the streetscape. Additionally, it will be located in a central courtyard designed to facilitate connection and the future public space.
ArtWalk Condos envisions four additional towers of varying heights and uses. The towers will have condominium apartments and retail space totaling 637,130 square feet. The developers have suggested 624 additional residential units distributed across three of the four exhibited structures; 368 apartments will be included in a 38-story structure, 184 units in an 18-story structure, and 72 units in a six-story structure.
