ArtWalk Condos offers four new ambitious structures of varying heights and functions. The towers will have condo apartments and retail space, totaling 637,130 square feet in gross floor area. The developers have suggested 624 additional residential apartments, which will be distributed among three of the four offered buildings: 368 units in a 38-story building, 184 units in an 18-story structure, and 72 units in a six-story building.

The six-story building will include 6,350 square feet of retail space in the podium and will be positioned next to a nine-acre park that will be built soon. The last and shortest construction will be a four-story jewel box structure with no specified use as of yet; its primary use for the time being will be to act as a pedestrian-friendly entrance to assist integrate the buildings into the cityscape. It will also be located in a central courtyard, which is intended to promote connection and the future public space.
