Baif Don Head Condos
A meticulously-planned community, the first of its kind in Richmond Hill. The site will contain a vibrant mix of both high-rise and low-rise residential buildings, townhomes, live/work studios, retail space and a public square. This new real state development will comprise four blocks centered around a landscaped courtyard, near the southwest corner of Yonge Street and Major Mackenzie Drive. The project will be completed in 2021.
