  • Stories: 35
  • Units: 531

Across Vaughan, a condo boom has altered entire neighbourhoods, and is now transforming the skyline in the Metropolitan Centre section of the city. As part of this expanding neighborhood, The Met Condos are equipped with modern finishes and facilities, as well as a convenient location near the metro.

As a 35-storey building at Jane and Portage, the Met Condos offer an affordable living environment with a modern condo design, everyday convenience, and convenient commuting accessibility.

Highlights

  • Located in Metropolitan Centre area
  • 10 minute walk from Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Subway Terminal
  • 10 minute drive to Wonderland
  • 50 minute drive from Union Station
  • Easy access to Highway 400
  • Close to LEGOLAND Discovery Centre

Neighborhood

Located near the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Subway Terminal, Vaughan Metropolitan Centre is home to several of Vaughan's newest condo complexes. The region has been developing for a number of years and will likely continue to do so as the neighborhood grows more. A significant concentration of retail centres, restaurants, and entertainment activities already exists.

Transportation

If 7895 Jane St has a big flaw, it's that the neighborhood isn't especially walkable. A car or public transportation is likely to be required to go grocery shopping or to pick up daily supplies. There is a bus stop outside the Met Condos where residents may board a bus and rapidly connect to other routes at the Vaughan Metropolitan Bus Terminal. To get to Union Station in Toronto, walk to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre Subway Terminal in less than 10 minutes.

Outdoor

There is no excuse for parents of small children not to visit Canada's Wonderland every weekend, as it is only a six-minute drive north on Jane Street. Numerous recreation facilities, as well as distinctive attractions like LEGOLAND Discovery Centre and Koalakidz Indoor Playground, cater to the needs of young children in the neighborhood. Families will also be able to discover great schools around the area.

Amenities

A total of 530 condo units and 62 townhouses are available at The Met Condos. One-bedroom suites range from 506 square feet to 1299 square feet. Located outside the tower, the brick and stone townhouses have lovely courtyards that separate them from one other. Condominium finishes are comparable, but there is more floor area and privacy. At 7895 Jane St, the condo apartments have efficient layouts and wide window walls that let in plenty of light. Compared to typical apartment kitchens, the kitchens are spacious and open to the living room.

Developers

The LTD Condos stand for one thing, living at the very heart of the downtwn While the decision causes some consternation, both are accurate depictions of the structure, and inhabitants are allowed to choose and remain with one.

The structure, which was built in 2012, is a typical mix of red brick, concrete, steel, and glass. However, Quadrangle Architects and RAW Pattern did manage to add some flair to 15 Bruyeres Mews: an intriguing grid-like brick design surrounds the balconies that extend out of the building's podium.

  • Located in the Fort York neighbourhood
  • 15 minute walk from Union Station
  • 10-minute drive to Lakeshore Boulevard
  • Close to Bathurst and Fleet Street
  • Nearby parks include Liberty Village, Chinatown, Queen West, and Parkdale

Residents of the LTD Condos can easily get about the city due to its downtown location. The Harbourfront streetcar stops about a block away from the building and quickly transports passengers to Union Station. Travelers going north may also take the Bathurst streetcar from the intersection of Bathurst and Fleet Street.

Residents of 15 Bruyeres Mews will benefit greatly from Lakeshore Boulevard, a fast-paced thoroughfare that runs along the city's southern outskirts. Those making longer travels by automobile can also take the Gardiner Expressway, from where they can quickly join onto the Don Valley Parkway to the east or the 427 to the west.

Concerts, trade exhibitions and fairs, soccer games, and even a medieval-themed tournament may all be found in the Exhibition Place.

Amenities

The list of facilities at the LTD Condos also exceeds many prospective purchasers' expectations. While amenities such as a 24-hour concierge and on-site security are normal, the building also has a large party area with billiards tables, a kitchen, and a television.

Aside from the usual entertainment options, it's occasionally amusing to act like a visitor; as a Regent Park resident, you're close to sights like St. Lawrence Market, The Hockey Hall of Fame, and the CN Tower. You may visit the Eaton Centre for a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, or you can attend a performance at a well-known location such as Massey Hall.
