Two separate zones on the second and third levels, as well as a space on the third floor, will include 2,200 square feet of indoor amenity area. This will lead to a 2,200-square-foot rooftop patio with other outdoor facilities. At street level, almost 7,000 square feet of commercial space will be located on the podium. A single level of subterranean parking with 43 parking spots will be accessed by car elevator. There will be 128 bike spots available for those who like riding.

The designs for this project, which will include architecture by Diamond Schmitt, depict a three-story pedestal with a stylish, brick-accented façade that complements the surrounding cityscape. It is proposed to build a nine-story residential portion with an updated modern style and a number of terraces on the upper floors. 

A total of 102 housing units are planned, with a combination of 18 bachelor apartments, 56 one-bedroom layouts, and 28 two-bedroom layouts among the options.
