Upper West Side Condos at Oakvillage is a new residential development by Branthaven Homes in Oakville. This 14-storeys pre-construction project with 266 residential suites is located at 3121 Trafalgar Road in northern neighbourhood of Trafalgar. This development looks to continue an ongoing legacy of finely crafted, uniquely designed upmarket homes. It has an occupancy date of 2022.

Millcroft Towns
Millcroft Towns is a new preconstruction townhome development by Branthaven located at Taywood Drive and Appleby Line in Burlington. Millcroft Towns will be 2 and 3 storeys with a total of 68 townhomes. The town is close to public transportation, shopping, dining and entertainment.
