Capital Developments is an award winning real estate development company that prides itself on its ability to build iconic landmark towers. They currently have over 2,000 condos in various stages of the development process including the Redpath towers on Yonge and Eglinton. This is a central region in Toronto with a high population density, but most of the residential buildings in the neighbourhood are older, and they hope that their fashion forward building designs will prove to redefine the area.

Ma Condos
This mid-rise in the heart of Montreal provides unparalleled views of Mt. Royal and the Laurentian Plateau. It is situated in between two green spaces, making this a central location that manages to distance itself from the typical hustle and bustle of urban centres. It’s location is also served by two Metro stops, meaning it provides optimal access to the rest of the city. The suites include hardwood flooring, European style kitchens, quartz countertops, and oversized shower stalls. Amenities include a gym, rooftop terrace, and a yoga & pilates studio. Riders can arrive to Union Station in downtown Toronto in just in 20-minute. The construction of the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT is now underway and is set to be completed by 2021. It will get riders across town 60% faster. In addition, the condo has easy access to Highway 401 and DVP to stay connect with other cities in Ontario. The community will be space for residential, 200,000 square feet of retail, over 82,000 square feet of office and community use. Also, the development will be a 35,000 square feet Community Hub a master planned community.

A public park is proposed for the site's southwest corner, near Dufferin Mall. Two new north-south streets are proposed throughout the development, along with a network of public walkways. A private street would divide the site centrally and serve as the main retail stretch, with the potential to be closed to vehicle traffic for special events.
