CORE Architects designed this new apartment building in Bank St, Ottawa, for Urban Capital and Tamarack Homes. The construction was finished in 2013.

The interior of the building has loft-style architecture, exposed concrete ceilings and columns, floor-to-ceiling windows, energy-efficient heating and cooling, stone counters, ceramic backsplash, and glass showers.
