Cité Midtown – Phase 2, a part of the 16-acre LEED-ND community Cité Midtown, is a new condo and townhouse development by Urban Capital in collaboration with NEUF architect(e)s that is now under construction at 200 Boulevard Marcel-Laurin in Montréal.

The prices for available units range from CAD $295,000 to over $518,000. The project is scheduled to be finished in 2022.

Cité Midtown – Phase 2 is beautifully positioned in Ville Saint Laurent, a borough in Montreal‘s northwestern outskirts, nestled between the mainly Anglophone suburb of Point Claire to the west and the traditionally Francophone borough of Ahuntsic to the east.
