The Cabot Townhomes are a new townhouse development by Rock Cliff Custom Homes situated at 336 Robinson Street in Oakville.

In 2020, the project was completed. The Cabot Townhomes have four units. The size of the homes ranges from 2512 to 3194 square feet.

The rustic design present in the heart of Downtown Oakville, particularly the historical section just south of The Cabot development, was an inspiration for architect William Hicks of Hicks Design Studio.

Because of the use of cedar shingles on the walls and architectural features on the front, the four Townhomes blend in with the scale and character of the neighbourhood.
