Recent projects

M-City Phase 2
This project is a 62-storey tower on top of a six-storey podium. The tower has a special geometry that not only provides for excellent residential units but also contributes to the iconic role of this building on the urban skyline. The podium has a prismatic shape by virtue of its faceted glass walls, as well as a large rooftop amenity space and a green roof.

Central Park
Central Park is a five-tower mixed-use development that will feature towers ranging from 12 to 31 storeys with over 1,478 total units, ten percent of which will be over 1,000 sq. ft. The four-storey and eight-storey commercial buildings on the north part of the site will be maintained and retrofitted with new exterior and mechanical systems providing nearly 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. 40,000 sq. ft. of shared open space is to be provided in the centre of the site. Sixty-five percent of all ground floor space (75,600 sq. ft.) will be dedicated to retail and commercial use.

Noir Residences
Located in the entertainment district, this 49-storey tower features retail at grade and three levels of commercial parking. 87 Peter stands out from its neighbours without ignoring them. The condominium is all black with dramatic white accents. The glass tower is anchored to the stone podium, drawing influence from the surrounding heritage buildings. The buildings east-west orientation enables spectacular views of the city. A public art element wraps around the west and north elevations and creates a unique statement on Peter Street.

It takes two to be a dynamic duo!

XO2 Condos is the second phase of the incredibly successful XO Condos in Toronto, which debuted in 2019. Lifetime Developments and Pinedale Properties Ltd.'s XO2 Condos will be a 19-story tower with 410 mixed-use residential units situated at 1182 King Street West.

The units will be a combination of studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom plus den, and three-bedroom layouts. The units will range in size from 703 to 1,045 square feet.

Turner Fleischer Architects and Core Architects designed the XO2 Condos, which will include interior design by Tomas Pearce Interior Design Consulting Inc. The XO 2 Condos are expected to be completed in the fall of 2024.

Worklofts is a sophisticated blend of old and modern, business and residential, and personal and professional.

Worklofts by Lamb Development Corp. is a new mid-rise condo in Toronto located at 319 Carlaw Ave. This building has eleven stories and 153 condominium flats. The construction was finished in 2011.

Along Carlaw Avenue, the lower four levels are covered in a more classic brick to mix in with the old brick warehouses constructed by CORE Architects. A setback on the fifth story level differentiates the hefty traditional style below from the light modern design above.

The architectural components transition to significant use of glass and aluminum at this level, as well as balconies and terraces for the next seven levels. While the setting of the area's past impacted certain parts of the external design, the remainder was guided by a vision for the future.
