M-City Phase 2
This project is a 62-storey tower on top of a six-storey podium. The tower has a special geometry that not only provides for excellent residential units but also contributes to the iconic role of this building on the urban skyline. The podium has a prismatic shape by virtue of its faceted glass walls, as well as a large rooftop amenity space and a green roof.

Central Park
Central Park is a five-tower mixed-use development that will feature towers ranging from 12 to 31 storeys with over 1,478 total units, ten percent of which will be over 1,000 sq. ft. The four-storey and eight-storey commercial buildings on the north part of the site will be maintained and retrofitted with new exterior and mechanical systems providing nearly 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial space. 40,000 sq. ft. of shared open space is to be provided in the centre of the site. Sixty-five percent of all ground floor space (75,600 sq. ft.) will be dedicated to retail and commercial use.

Noir Residences
Located in the entertainment district, this 49-storey tower features retail at grade and three levels of commercial parking. 87 Peter stands out from its neighbours without ignoring them. The condominium is all black with dramatic white accents. The glass tower is anchored to the stone podium, drawing influence from the surrounding heritage buildings. The buildings east-west orientation enables spectacular views of the city. A public art element wraps around the west and north elevations and creates a unique statement on Peter Street.

Intimate, chic, and elegant are just a few of the adjectives surrounding the plush lofts at 32 Camden. At least, that's what you get when Core Architects and Sorbara Group design a modern soft loft apartment in the center of downtown Toronto.

Because of its position on Camden Street, nestled between two buildings in the Queen West neighborhood, the designers of 32 Camden had little option but to create a small community. Even so, for an urban mid-rise soft loft, there are lots of communal places to enjoy. On the ground floor, there is a gym, a lounge with a pool table and an outside patio, and a communal area.

Highlights

  • Located in the Fashion District
  • 10 minute walk from Chinatown
  • 30 minute drive to Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport
  • 25 minute drive from Pearson International Airport
  • Easy access to Yonge-University-Spadina Line

Neighborhood

The soft lofts are conveniently positioned in the heart of the Fashion District. As a consequence, individuals who live in the building have the opportunity to be trendy both inside and outside the residence. Prospective purchasers searching for a bit of solitude, on the other hand, will like the building's location on a quieter side street.

Transportation

Moving about from 32 Camden is straightforward due to its central location, regardless of how many wheels a homeowner has access to. Those who don't have any, for example, can take the Spadina streetcar to get as far south as Lake Ontario or as far north as Spadina Station. Alternatively, Queen and King streetcars are suitable for east-west travel, stopping at different Yonge-University-Spadina line stations along the way.

Outdoor

Residents may spend a day wandering through Chinatown or visiting Kensington Market and the Art Gallery of Ontario, thanks to its closeness to Spadina Avenue. Culture enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to places like as the Scotiabank Theatre, the Tiff Bell Lightbox, the Princess of Wales Theatre, and Roy Thompson Hall.

When you live at 32 Camden, the only problem with eating out is deciding where to go on any given night. There's plenty for everyone on Queen West, from casual diverse cafes to luxury selections for anything from steak to real Neapolitan pizza on King.

Amenities

The features become even more remarkable when passing through the warm oak entrance and inside the residences surrounded by a cold concrete and glass façade.

With just 87 apartments in the whole building, the Toronto condos for sale here offer an unusual variety of layouts, sizes, and exposures. The soft lofts are spread out across 12 floors and range in size from 350 to 1,350 square feet — they may be as snug as studios or as big as three-bedroom urban palaces.

Developers

The Sorbara Group of Companies have operated office, retail, commercial and industrial properties, built communities in different sizes for over 75 years. They are a respected builder in the industry, and you can find their properties in Brooklin, Toronto, Brampton, Oakville and Oshawa just to name a few. Gotham Ottawa is a new condo project by Lamb Development Corp. situated at 224 Lyon Street in Canada's capital city's Centretown neighborhood. The building was completed in 2015. Gotham is a 251-unit modern statuesque condominium that soars 17 floors above Ottawa's downtown. Sizes range from 433 to 648 square feet. Once again, the glass and black brick skyscraper reflects an advanced modern identity. The goal of Lamb Development Corp's Gotham is to provide high-quality, stylish architecture to a city that is still establishing its architectural identity. The building is one of the most beautiful modern homes in Ontario.

Highlights

  • Located in Ottawa's Centretown neighbourhood
  • 5 - minutes away to Lyon Station / LRT
  • 27 - minute drive to Ottawa University
  • 20-minute drive from Rideau Shopping Centre
  • Easy access to HWY 417
  • Surround by shops, restaurants, schools and hospitals
  • Nearby parks include

Neighborhood

Gotham is a modern statuesque condominium that rises 17 floors into Ottawa's skyline. Gotham, Ottawa's newest landmark, combines huge panes of glass, strong steel, and striking charcoal brick. Gotham, designed by Brad J. Lamb, CEO of Lamb Development Corporation, has a distinctive monolithic architectural shape and is intended to offer a variety of housing alternatives, including two-story lofthouses, single-level lofts, glasshouses, and penthouses. Gotham, located on the intersection of Lyon and Gloucester, is where elegance and design meet city life. Work-life balance has never been simpler, since it is just steps from downtown, Centretown, Little Italy, Hintonburg, and Chinatown. Allowing for easy access to all of these neighbourhoods, as well as many, many surrounding services!

Ottawa Centretown Neighbourhood

Transportation

The development has an excellent transportation network, with a transit score of 91/100, which is nearly perfect. This neighbourhood is ideally located between Bronson Avenue and Elgin Street, and it is adjacent to Highway 417. The downtown area is 15 minutes from Ottawa International Airport, 10 minutes from the VIA Rail rail station, and 5 minutes from the Greyhound Bus Station.

VIA Rail Ottawa

Shopping and Dining

The rush and bustle of activity throughout the day is offset by the peace and quiet of the nights. However, nightlife is not far away, since Elgin St., Bank St., and the Byward Market all have a variety of restaurants and pubs that are open late. The neighbourhood is densely populated with fine dining establishments, including some of Ottawa's top steakhouses and seafood restaurants.

Cultured palates will be delighted to learn that Ottawa's Chinatown and Little Italy are also close. This neighborhood is also home to a number of foreign and local food stores. The Rideau Centre and several stores are nearby for those who enjoy shopping.

Rideau Centre

Education

Another reason this region is enticing, particularly to families and children, is the abundance of schools in the neighbourhood. The condo is close to numerous public and private institutions, including Glashan Public School, St. Anthony School, and Dominican University College, which is only 4 minutes away.

Dominican University College

Outdoor

One of the primary attractions of Centretown is Canadian culture. The National Arts Centre hosts some of Ottawa's greatest concerts, lectures, and exhibitions. If admiring Monet's works appeals to you, the National Gallery of Canada is a short stroll from the Gotham Condo Ottawa. The Museum of Nature, the Canadian War Museum, and the Museum of Civilization are among the other museums in the region.

Living in the midst of downtown Ottawa does not limit individuals who enjoy outdoor activities. The Ottawa River runs through the northern part of Centretown, and Quebec is only a short drive across the Portage Bridge. The Gatineau Hills, a 10-minute drive into Quebec, provide a variety of hiking routes, bicycle trails, and ski hills. The Rideau Canal, one of Ottawa's most well-known attractions, flows through Centretown. The Canal is the world's longest skating rink, drawing skaters not just for its length but also for its numerous "Beavertail" kiosks.

Ottawa River

Amenities

Gotham is a contemporary statuesque home that rises 17 floors above Ottawa's cityscape. The floor plans include studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. They are available in two-story loft homes, single-story lofts, glasshouses, and penthouses. The square footage of the apartments ranges from 426 to 1,445 square feet.

The majority of units include contemporary finishes such as hardwood flooring, quartz worktops, exposed concrete ceilings and accent walls, floor to ceiling windows, and so on. When you go onto your balcony or patio, you'll notice the natural gas hookup, which is ideal for your own barbeque.

Gotham also has a concierge, an electronic doorbell system, surveillance cameras, key fob access for the lobby and garage, bicycle parking, and so forth. Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas burner, and contemporary cabinetry are featured in the kitchen. It also features a huge party room with a full kitchen, a large dining table, a wide patio, and a separate sociable seating space.

A high-rise condo at Toronto

  • Size Range: 875 - 1248 Sq. Ft.
  • Stories: 14
  • Units: 210

Lamb Development Corp.'s The Harlowe is a new condo development at 618 Richmond Street West in Toronto. The construction was finished in 2018. The Harlowe has 210 apartments in all. The dimensions range from 875 to 1248 square feet. In contrast to the slick and often flashy appearance of many contemporary Queen West condominiums, Lamb Development Corp chose to pay homage to the neighbourhood's history by bringing a modest, yet beautiful warehouse-style design to The Harlowe at 608 Richmond Street West. The objective is to create something that feels like it has always been there, so that even if the building is spanking new, it immediately feels like home. Overall, the structure is modest and humble, taking care not to disrupt the historic architecture present throughout the Fashion District. Lamb Development Corp., on the other hand, offered just enough amenities to make occupants feel luxurious every time they walk through the front doors of 608 Richmond Street West. The Harlowe Condos are designed with “timeless beauty with a feeling of handmade quality,” according to Lamb Development Corp.

Highlights

  • Located in the Fashion District neighbourhood
  • Has a walkscore of 98/100: walkable EVERYWHERE
  • 1 - minute walk from 511 Bathrust and 310 Bathrust bus stops
  • Near Ryerson University and University of Toronto
  • Minutes from Queen West
  • Surround by shops, restaurants, schools and hospitals
  • Nearby parks include Port Credit Memorial Park, Saint Lawrence Park and J.C. Saddington Park

Neighborhood

While the area around the Harlowe Condos was once an industrial center, it has since become one of the city's liveliest. Because there are so many options, the primary problem for residents of 608 Richmond West, which is located in the Fashion District and only seconds from Queen Street West, will be deciding what to do on any given day.

Fashion District

Transportation

The development has a reasonable transportation network and a perfect transit score. Residents can readily reach bus lines that are only a few feet away. Although there are streetcars on Queen Street, King Street, and Spadina Avenue, the Fashion District is largely a pedestrian neighborhood. With its position just around the corner from Richmond and Bathurst, the Harlowe Condos make it easy to go about the city. Those traveling east or west can use the King Streetcar, with eastbound riders able to transfer onto the Yonge-University-Spadina subway line at either St. Andrew or King station. Drivers can also use both of these main thoroughfares. The Gardiner Expressway is also nearby, which is especially useful for individuals making longer travels to the east or west.

King Streetcar

Shopping and Dining

The work, like most of downtown Toronto, appears to go on indefinitely. Shopaholics will love the shops on Queen Street West, while foodies will love the scene on both Queen and King West. Loblaws has also constructed a massive high-end shop with subterranean parking.

Loblaws

Education

Another reason this region is appealing, particularly to families and children, is the abundance of schools in the neighborhood. The condo is close to numerous public and private schools, including Niagara Street Junior Public School, Ryerson Community School, and Heydon Park Secondary School. St. Mary's Catholic School, which is attached to St. Mary's Church on Bathurst, is also nearby for elementary-aged students.

St. Mary's School

Outdoor

For individuals who like to spend their time outside, the Harlowe Condos are an excellent starting point for exploring Toronto's various green spaces. Trinity Bellwoods Park is approximately a 15-minute walk away, where you can play tennis, throw a Frisbee or a baseball, or let your dog run free in the dog bowl. This park also has a skating rink, a playground, a community center with an indoor pool, and a weekly farmer's market in the summer.

Lake Ontario, on the other hand, is not far away. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the sea, although a fast streetcar trip down Bathurst can also suffice. Those interested in exploring can go east or west along the car-free Martin Goodman Trail to numerous parks and beaches, as well as the Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery, the Harbourfront Centre, the Exhibition Place, and the Budweiser Stage (previously known as the Molson Amphitheatre).

Trinity Bellwoods Park

Amenities

All of the units at the Harlowe Condos are exquisite, even before homeowners move in and add their own unique touches, according to interior designs by Core Architects. Exposed brick, hardwood floors, exposed concrete, abundance of glass, large baths, and stainless steel appliances are among the features of these residences.

The apartments also have 9-foot ceilings, which make every unit seem expansive regardless of size. In terms of size, the condominiums at 608 Richmond Street West range from 875 to 1,248 square feet. Some Harlowe residences have individual balconies, and every outside space has a gas connection for a barbeque, which is unusual for downtown Toronto condominiums for sale.

Many of the units include two or three bedrooms, a probable reference to the current trend of families preferring condominiums over single-family houses. Naturally, there are a few of penthouse apartments available, with the finest views in the house. Parking, a fitness center, a private lounge and eating room, and a concierge are among the amenities. You're in a great location near all the city has to offer, so anything that isn't at The Harlowe shouldn't be more than a few minutes away.

The King East, located on the intersection of King and Parliament in Old York, one of Toronto's original ten blocks, blends heritage with an evocatively distinctive urban architecture of 15-storeys, red brick, exposed concrete, and sleek glass. The King East is a place you can call home, with quality finishes and all the facilities you could want.

The Walk Score for 330 King Street East is 93 out of 100. Because this area is a Walker's Paradise, daily errands do not necessitate the use of a car. With 318 King East as a starting point, getting around is straightforward. Passengers will be transported by streetcar along King to nearby sites such as Old Toronto, the Financial District, Liberty Village, and Roncesvalles. Those going north or south may take the 65 Parliament bus, which stops only steps from from The King East at the intersection of King and Parliament.

King Station

Shopping and Dining

Today, the neighbourhood is home to modern restaurants, stores, pubs, and enterprises, some of which are housed in structures dating back to the nineteenth century. You're only a short distance from the St. Lawrence Market area and Yonge Street, and you're also close to Leslieville's stores and restaurants where you can grab something to eat.

Education

Another reason this region is appealing, particularly to families and children, is the abundance of schools in the neighborhood. Residents may also visit the shoreline because Lake Ontario is within walking distance of the condos. Directly south are the Lower Don Lands and the Port Lands, where a day's activities may include a visit at T&T Supermarket or Cherry Street Barbecue before walking across to Cherry Beach.

Families that enjoy active outdoor activities may opt to ride around Tommy Thompson Park, a 5-kilometer peninsula protruding into the lake maintained and preserved by the Toronto Region Conservation Authority. This is also one of the greatest places in town for both fishing and bird viewing.

Tommy Thompson Park

Amenities

The façade of the King East mixes patterns of red brick with bands of concrete, elegantly integrating the glass platform with the upper section of the building by rising up the east and west face, and is inspired by historical features from the neighboring St. Lawrence market and Corktown. The King East is a spectacular piece of urban planning and design located on one of the most prominent corners of Toronto's original old 10 blocks. It will be 15 stories tall and will have 215 suites in modern style styling. The construction will be a landmark on the formal eastern outskirts of downtown Toronto. Core Architects created the design. Everywhere else, standard finishes are upgrades. All wood euro style cabinets, 4 stainless steel appliances including built-in washer and dryer, double-thick stone countertops, exotic engineered hardwood flooring throughout, spacious balconies and terraces with natural gas barbeque hookups, and all gas cooking are among the design highlights. The property features one and two bedroom houses with 9 or 10 foot ceilings.

In a neighborhood known for its boutique shops, it only seems natural that a building in the neighborhood would mirror that reputation – on that point, we present Boutique Condos. In reality, the name came from the builder's aim to create a hotel-like atmosphere, and they surely succeeded.

Boutique Condominiums, located at 126 Simcoe St in the Queen West neighborhood, is a contemporary 34-story condo – and with over 300 Toronto condos spread across 34 floors, it's not quite a boutique property. The tower rises over an 8-story pedestal of red brick and glass, giving the façade a contemporary and distinctive aspect.

Highlights

  • Located in the Queen West neighbourhood
  • 3 minute walk from Osgood Station
  • 15-minute drive to Entertainment District
  • Easy access to Gardiner Expressway

Neighborhood

When touring Queen West, it's simple to understand why: you can't turn a corner without coming across a new microbrewery or a bar with a long list of craft beers. But there's more to this fashionable neighborhood than craft ales — not that there's anything wrong with that — and as a resident, you'll never have to travel far for food, coffee, or fun.

Transportation

126 Simcoe Street saunters its way to a 100 Walk Score – as a condo owner in this building, everyday errands can be completed with a good pair of shoes; for shopping runs, there's a Rabba Fine Foods on the ground floor, which is as accessible as convenience gets.

Boutique Condos_amenities3

Streetcars on King and Queen are nearby, as are bus stations on Adelaide and Simcoe, and subway lines are only a three-minute walk away at Osgood Station. The majority of city traffic may be avoided by driving west to Spadina and then south to the Gardiner Expressway.

Outdoor

From 126 Simcoe St, it's less than a 5-minute walk to 3 Brewers Adelaide, and a few streets farther east, you'll discover Batch. Head west to sample international brews at the Town Crier or a large range of craft beers at Bar Hop Brewco, among other options.

Boutique Condos_amenities4

There are live music bars such as The Antler Room, N'Awlins, and Adelaide Hall for extra nightlife alternatives. The Royal Alexandra Theatre hosts plays, and Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club Toronto hosts stand-up comedy. If all you want is a lively dance floor, The Fifth Social Club, Cake Bar & Nightclub, and Tequila Jacks Toronto are all nearby.

Amenities

Boutique Condos offers 304 apartments in 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom + den, 2 bedroom, and 2 bedroom + den configurations, with suite sizes ranging from 433 to 1725 square feet. Prices vary greatly from unit to unit, thus these apartments appeal to a wide variety of purchasers; nonetheless, prices may be prohibitively expensive for first-time homeowners.

Boutique Condos_amenities2

All units include an open floor plan and luxury finishes such as dark hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Because of the floor-to-ceiling windows, the units are well-lit, and all suites have private balconies. Suites include walk-in closets in the master, which may be the most noticeable feature for some.

Developers

Malibu, over the last two decades, has been proud to take its place in Toronto’s ever changing skyline – with iconic buildings designed to reflect the character of their neighbourhood while providing residents with modern amenities designed to compliment their lifestyles. Progressive, urban minded, and with an astute understanding of how life and style must interact.
