Bewicke Avenue, Larson Road and Mahon Avenue to the west, Lynn Valley to the north, Braemar Reservoir Park to the east, and Trans Canada/Upper Levels Highway 1 to the south are all part of the Lonsdale neighbourhoods.

Transportation

The Lonsdale district in North Vancouver’s Lonsdale neighborhood is connected to downtown Vancouver, Squamish, and Burnaby by Highway 1. Both Keith Road and Main Street serve as important artery roads for the surrounding area. All Lonsdale neighborhoods are served by Translink buses, which connect to Lonsdale Quay, where SeaBus service to downtown Vancouver is accessible.

Education

Lonsdale areas are all part of North Vancouver School District 44. Seven primary schools serving grades K–7 are available to residents. The neighborhood has three high schools, including Carson Graham Secondary. Residents should also notice North Star Montessori Elementary and St. Thomas Aquinas Secondary private school. The Andre-Piolat School in Upper Lonsdale provides French immersion from kindergarten to 12th grade. Capilano University, with approximately 12,000 students from all over the world, is located in Lynnmour.

Outdoor

Cycling, jogging, and dog-walking are just some of the activities that take place on the neighboring Seymour Demonstration Forest route. Harbourview, Bridgman, and Keith Lynn Park all have lovely huge woodland getaways in the Queensbury region. Some of North Vancouver’s biggest sports grounds may be found at Loutet Park in the Boulevard district.
