For many residents, the nicest thing about living at Arc Condos is that they don’t have to cross the street to get to the Bayview Village Shopping Centre. This upmarket mall, named after the Bayview Village neighborhood, is home to upscale stores, a variety of cafés and eateries, a Toronto Public Library branch, and both a Loblaws and a Pusateri’s. The broad avenues and huge plots of land in Bayview Village have also allowed for the establishment of big-box businesses such as IKEA, Canadian Tire, and Mountain Equipment Co-Op.

Transportation

The development has a fair transportation network. Residents are easily access bus routes just few steps away. Short commute from the Port Credit GO Station and the future Hurontario LRT, allowing riders to arrive Union Station in downtown Toronto in just 30-minute. Also, the location is connecting to Highways 403, 427 and 401, residents who drive can stay connect to downtown Toronto and major employment hubs in less than 25-minute.

Drivers can access the 401 in only a few minutes through a on ramp on Bayview Avenue. Depending on the time of day, a westbound drive to Pearson International Airport might take anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. Those traveling into downtown Toronto can, on the other hand, use the 401 to the Don Valley Parkway to the east.

Outdoor

The Don River also runs through Bayview Village, and the parks along its banks provide excellent opportunities for people to reconnect with nature. Adventurers may also explore the East Don River Trail, which runs from Steeles Avenue to York Mills Road.
