This is one of Southern Ontario’s most interesting developing marketplaces. It’s a tiny town, but it has a lot of promise because of its expansion potential, which is aided greatly by the Ontario government’s Places to Grow Act. It also boasts a robust and varied economy that employs a large percentage of its people, and it is conveniently located near a number of other significant employment centres.

This is a beautiful little town that benefits from its proximity to Newmarket and the rest of Southern Ontario. It is surrounded to the north by East Gwillimbury, to the east by Whitchurch-Stouffville, to the south by Aurora, and to the west by King. It is also constructed along the northern sections of Yonge Street. Thanks to its location, Daniels Highlands Townhomes offers a variety of facilities such as a park, schools, grocery shops, and shopping centers.
Driving is one of the most convenient methods to travel about Newmarket. The Ontario Highway 404 runs along the town’s eastern border, making it simple to travel across Southern Ontario. It connects to the Don Valley Parkway, one of Toronto’s most significant freeways, and provides a direct access to Markham.
That isn’t to imply you can’t use public transportation to go about town. York Region Transit serves it. The YRT runs the Viva Rapid Bus transportation system, which provides access to the Toronto Subway System via a line that connects the Newmarket Bus Terminal with the Finch Bus Terminal in North York.
The town’s economy is also robust. It is home to a broad range of businesses, including commercial services, knowledge industries, manufacturing, and retail. Aside from its own sector, the town is adjacent to several of Southern Ontario’s most flourishing regional economies. It is less than a 30-minute drive from the City of Markham, which is generally recognized as one of the area’s most prominent tech centres.
Suite types come in a range of styles that are mostly characterized by the number of floors they contain. The maximum square footage for a 2-story townhouse with 3.5 bathrooms and a full basement is 1,974 square feet. 3-story townhouses feature 2.5 bathrooms and an unfinished basement, but are significantly larger, with the smallest size being 1,941 square feet.
