Townhouse in Toronto

Deco Towns, inspired by Toronto, is an architectural blend of the area’s past as an industrial city fueled by mobility and its future as a cultural center.

Terra Firma Homes, an established local builder, is bringing a collection of nine freehold towns to Dundas Street West. The project will include four-story plus rooftop contemporary homes with high-end finishes and 1,500 square feet of living space. The construction was finished in 2019.

The designs are stunning, functional, and speak to The Junction’s philosophy toward everyday life: it’s all about experiencing Toronto’s lively and vibrant pulse in a home that’s just as fascinating.

Neighborhood

Deco Towns are built to emphasize an already incredible and culturally rich neighbourhood — The Junction.

This old railway hub is now drawing a large number of prospective property buyers and is quickly becoming Toronto‘s new “it” neighbourhood! As it’s now lined with design stores, independent coffee shops, must-try eateries, and craft brewers, as well as easy access to public transportation, open spaces, community centers, highly-regarded schools, and many others.

Transportation

If you are using public transportation, Deco Towns is an ideal location as it is positioned in one of Toronto‘s most well-connected neighbourhoods, making travelling around easy. Multiple bus routes pass through the area, and you can even walk to Dundas West station, from where you can connect to two streetcar lines and the Bloor/Danforth subway line.

The Dundas West Go station, as well as the UP Express, are also directly across the street.

For motorists, driving into downtown Toronto should take no more than ten minutes.

Education

he location is ideal for families due to the availability and quality of surrounding schools, which parents undoubtedly consider. Among the leading primary and secondary schools in the area is Annette Street Public School, High Park Alternative School, St Cecilia Catholic School, Indian Road Crescent Junior Public School, and others.

It’s also worth mentioning that the project will make it much easier to get to the University of Toronto, which is just 20 minutes away, or Northeastern University, which is only a 15-minute drive away.

Terra Firma Inc.

Terra Firma Homes has been in business since 1996, but its history extends far beyond that. Partners and co-owners Roberto Salmena and Sam Grasso grew up in the Bloor West neighbourhood in Toronto, and even in their youth they dreamt of being the stewards of the community’s future. The life long friends have turned their collective vision into reality.

They’ve been able to realize their vision by adhering to their business values that dictate their building practices. These values have resulted in exceptional developments that have a lot to offer.
