3Arc Development provides architectural development and construction of luxury apartments and townhouses in the Greater Toronto Area. The company was started in 2016 by the Homayouni brothers and Masih Javanbakht, who are keen to provide Toronto residents with affordable, upscale accommodation and to expand their operations across Canada. 3Arc was formed by Amir Hossein Homayouni, Hamidreza Homayouni, and Masih Javanbakht.
Amir Hossein Homayouni and Hamidreza Homayouni have managed the Middle Eastern business of their renowned company, Homayounies Architecture & Construction Group, since the year 2000. The current president of 3Arc, Amir Hossein Homayouni, founded HA&C Group in 2000 after earning a master’s degree in architecture from Shiraz Azad University.
Regarding the construction of additional superbly constructed, habitable, and reasonably priced luxury apartments and townhouses in the Toronto-GTA area, they continue to look to the future.
