With over 30 years of expertise, Activa is the Waterloo Region’s largest and most experienced land industry developer and property builder lead by Tony Giovinazzo, the company’s CEO. But, they do more than just build the property and build houses; they also develop communities. They’ve been involved in the planning stages of many local communities and neighbourhoods including Huron Village, Vista Hills and Doon South. This developer began by buying land in the Kitchener–Waterloo region in 1988, then began developing several well-known communities in the 1990s. In 2009, Activa reinvented itself. That’s when they debuted their first condominium construction, which was hailed with a lot of pride.
