Brivia Group, founded in 2000 by the visionary entrepreneur Kheng Ly in Montreal, is a rapidly developing real estate development and investment company. He developed himself as a respected industry leader and called his firm Brivia, after the names of Ly’s three children. In 2019, Brivia Group constructed 1 Square Phillips, the highest residential building in Montreal, thus altering the city’s skyline. The firm has completed and ongoing real estate projects in excess of twenty across Greater Montreal, Greater Quebec City, and Greater Toronto.
