Citimark

Citimark was founded in 1988 when its president, Nelson Chan, began constructing single-family and multi-family homes in Richmond and Vancouver. His early success led to the establishment of a new real estate development firm, Palladium, in 1994 in partnership with another developer. The team developed and constructed twenty successful residential and retail developments in both Metro Vancouver and Calgary under Nelson's direction. These developments include the revitalization of Vancouver's Champlain Square Mall, Richmond's Union Square, North Vancouver's The Symphony, Downtown Vancouver's Georgian Towers, and Calgary's Rocky Ridge subdivision. ​

In 2008, Nelson reestablished his own business under the Citimark name and recruited many of his long-term employees. The cohesive staff at Citimark has decades of experience in the real estate industry. Their continued success is a reflection of Nelson's leadership skills and the capabilities of the Citimark team.
