Concord Adex

Concord Adex is a subsidiary of the well-known Vancouver-area builder Concord Pacific. They rose to popularity in 1987 when they purchased the Expo 86 grounds and totally renovated the area into a vibrant community. Their presence in Toronto has led to the significant growth of a thriving community and the acceleration of the city’s housing boom.

Expo 86 lands were established when Vancouver hosted the World’s Fair in 1986, the final World’s Fair to be staged in North America.
