Ian Cook, a lifelong resident of Waterloo, established Cook Homes Limited in 1985. With his own growing family as inspiration, he invested his personal and professional skills into creating a wide range of homes that appeal to a broad spectrum of home buyers. This inspiration is what has continued to shape and grow the standards and expectations of Cook Homes Limited throughout the years. At Cook Homes, we are pleased to have been welcomed into some of Kitchener-Waterloo’s most prominent new areas to build homes in master-planned communities such as The Foothills of Grand Chicopee, The Grand Bluffs at Eastbridge, Winchester Park, Eby Estates, Explorer’s Walk, Grand Ridge and Steeplechase.
