Damac Developments

Damac Developments began operations in 2002 and has since evolved to become the Middle East’s top luxury real estate developer, with award-winning residential, commercial, and recreational properties such as DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2, DAMAC Lagoons, Cavalli Tower, AYKON City, Safa One, and others. They have delivered 39,400 quality houses and have another 28,000 projects in the pipeline across three continents. Damac Properties is well-known for redefining luxury living.
The 100+ global awards and exclusive collaborations and partnerships that DAMAC has consciously built include a golf course designed by Tiger Woods and managed by The Trump Organization, as well as luxury homes in collaboration with Versace, Just Cavalli, Paramount Hotels & Resorts, Rotana Hotels, and Radisson Hotel Group. With its recent acquisition of the Swiss jewellery brand de Grisogono, DAMAC is poised to enter the future while continuing its tradition of exuberant and opulent living that is sought by everybody.
The Damac Properties story parallels the UAE’s journey to becoming the world’s leading commerce, hospitality, and lifestyle destination. DAMAC has become synonymous with outstanding projects that redefine design, craftsmanship, and inspired living. Today, the organization has earned the trust of its customers through years of unwavering excellence. They have constantly adhered to a motto of sound design and attention to the minor elements that distinguish a home.

The Hussain Sajwani-DAMAC Foundation (HSDF) arose from a profound desire to give back to the community that had given so much to the organization. Damac Properties’ defining characteristics are that they also participate in charitable efforts that support the neglected and marginalized segments of society. HSDF has given AED5 million to the “1 Billion Meals” program, which was established at the start of Ramadan 2022 to give food kits to disadvantaged individuals and families in 50 countries. The Foundation will work with Dubai Police on a project dubbed “Fresh Slate” to help detainees at Dubai’s Punitive and Correctional Institutions who have been charged with minor offences. Their CSR initiatives will continue to be critical to their goals and vision for both DAMAC and the Sajwani family. Source: Damac Developments
