In 1990, Mario Di Giovanni, a carpenter framing houses in the Greater Toronto Area, decided to follow his ambition of designing and constructing family-friendly homes. Since that time, Mario’s goal has come to reality through his family’s business: Delpark Homes. Delpark has planned and constructed tens of thousands of houses across Southern Ontario, including in Ajax, Barrie, Brampton, Bowmanville, Etobicoke, Markham, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Sutton, Toronto, and Whitby.
