The history of Delpark Homes starts with a dream. In 1990, Mario Di Giovanni, a carpenter framing houses in the Greater Toronto Area, decided to follow his ambition of designing and constructing family-friendly homes. Since that time, Mario’s goal has come to reality through his family’s business: Delpark Homes. Delpark has planned and constructed tens of thousands of houses across Southern Ontario, including in Ajax, Barrie, Brampton, Bowmanville, Etobicoke, Markham, Mississauga, Richmond Hill, Sutton, Toronto, and Whitby.

In contrast to some of their large rivals that maintain a distance from the building of their homes, their competitive advantage is that they are hands-on. They’re personally devoted to each and every house they create and pride themselves on their workmanship and your pleasure. Their passion and workmanship help explain why so many of their homeowners recommend their friends and relatives to them and frequently purchase new houses from them more than once.
