Easton's Group

The Easton's Group has expanded to become a significant presence in Ontario, operating hotels, event venues, and housing developments. The executive team of Easton's Group also combines great abilities and knowledge in marketing, finance, customer service, and hospitality.

The history of the Gupta Group starts with Dr. Steve Gupta, who bought a truck stop in Port Hope in 1979 and the unbridled ambition he brought to work every day. The truck stop continued to expand, and soon a hotel and restaurant were constructed, which laid the groundwork for what is today known as The Gupta Group and Easton's Group of Hotels. They are one of the biggest and most varied real estate companies in Canada today. They aggressively expand to new destinations with a variety of products for the picky business and leisure travellers under the direction of a dynamic leader who has a deep desire for quality.

Easton's Group of Hotels, Rogue Insight Capital, and The Gupta Family Foundation are now part of the Gupta Group's portfolio of businesses and organizations. The Gupta Group is currently represented by Reetu Gupta, the daughter of Dr. Gupta, as its ambassador and principal. Reetu serves as the Gupta Family Foundation's president, chief executive officer, and co-chair. Under Reetu's direction, Easton's Group of Hotels has successfully developed into the industry's leader in hotel development and management. With a portfolio of 19 hotels and six more in the works, they intend to keep opening new hotels throughout Ontario and beyond, including the first Canopy by Hilton to open in Canada in the fall of 2022.
