Founded in 1978, Emshih Developments, Inc. is the leading land development and property management company in the City of Burlington. They are best known for their retail development, healthcare facilities, and retirement residences. Since its founding, Emshih Developments Inc. has successfully produced various projects, including commercial and retail, professional offices, downtown regeneration, and mixed-use infill developments. Through building full-service retail centres around the Region of Halton, Emshih is generally credited with developing Burlington into a regional commercial hub.
Emshih Developments Inc. continues to extend its portfolio of exciting projects with new and future developments around the Greater Golden Horseshoe area, including residential communities, high-end office space, retirement and lifestyle communities for seniors, and mixed-use communities.
