FFLATO’s current projects include constructing high-quality houses and neighbourhoods in Oakville, Caledon, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, New Tecumseth, and Southgate. The prestigious communities of Greenridge and Beeton Village in New Tecumseth, as well as Edgewood Green and Carriage House master-planned communities in the Village of Dundalk, are being established by FLATO as part of its extensive presence throughout the GTA. Lands in Markham, Dundalk, Kawartha Lakes, Shelburne, Caledon, Owen Sound, and Mississauga are also being developed by FLATO.
The environment is another area where Flato makes unceasing efforts. The Arthouse Condos received LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) silver certification in 2018 from the Canada Green Building Council, demonstrating that this development had been created with a focus on minimizing water use and maximizing energy conservation through more effective HVAC and electrical lighting systems.
