The prestigious communities of Greenridge and Beeton Village in New Tecumseth, as well as Edgewood Green and Carriage House master-planned communities in the Village of Dundalk, are being established by FLATO as part of its extensive presence throughout the GTA. The environment is another area where Flato makes unceasing efforts. The Arthouse Condos received LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) silver certification in 2018 from the Canada Green Building Council, demonstrating that this development had been created with a focus on minimizing water use and maximizing energy conservation through more effective HVAC and electrical lighting systems.
