The executive team is led by President and CEO, Jawad Rathone. Rathone graduated from York University in 1997 and a few years later, set to work beginning his own firm. In 2002 he expanded his enterprise into what is today’s Fortress Real Developments. His early efforts focused on marketing, but he quickly expanded his resources and partnerships to become an all-encompassing force in real-estate development.
The success of Fortress can be traced back to the leadership of its executive team. This team, which accounts for over 75 years of combined experience in the real estate industry, performs ongoing research to continuously reevaluate the projects that are underway. Their guidance has led their company to partner with over 25 builders and developers across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
