Kevlar Development Group
The Kevlar Development Group, or KDG, develops residential and commercial real estate in Middlesex County and London. KDG strives to leave the physical environment and social fabric of the communities where they work better than when they arrived. They do this by bringing about positive change within these communities.
After ten years of marriage, Kevin and Laura have twenty years of combined experience running various businesses and holding real estate. They are very interested in using commercial land development to provide services to small towns and communities.
Their vibrant personalities work well together to develop past and present KDG projects like Ilderton, Innerkip, Dorchester, Mt. Elgin, Lambeth, and Norwich. The Lambeth Health and Wellness Center is one of their ongoing initiatives. The goal of KDG is to build a cutting-edge medical facility that offers the community essential healthcare services, including X-ray/blood work labs, pharmacies, physiotherapists, naturopaths/dieticians, massage therapists, and medical doctors.
