Lakeview Development Holdings Inc. was founded in 1997 by Lakeview Millwork Ltd., which has completed hundreds of large-scale projects in the GTA, including the Boulevard Club, the Donalda Club, the Burlington Performing Arts Centre, and many others. They have continued to gain experience in the area and have felt compelled to take on new challenges in the industry.
Lakeview Development Holdings Inc.’s management team brings over twenty years of construction industry experience in real estate development. After venturing into real estate in 2006, they are now preparing to launch Grand Bell Suites, a full-scale multi-phase condominium project in the heart of downtown Brantford. This will be the first of several skyscrapers in a master-planned neighbourhood fueling downtown Brantford’s rebirth.
