Landmart Homes began as Landmart Homes, a reputable homebuilder responsible for some of Ontario’s most prominent communities over the previous 45 years. Mario Roque founded the family-owned business, which has imagined and built thousands of affluent bespoke and semi-custom homes in some of Ontario’s most desired neighbourhoods. Landmart shifted from only developing custom houses to becoming a larger production-scale builder in 2007. The change was made to allow for expansion and growth beyond Ancaster and throughout southern Ontario.

They have a program called Total LIV Care (TLC) that gives information, education, and care to their clients throughout the whole home-building process.
