Tony Siesto began his lifetime passion for creating unique houses in 1999. What started as the construction of two homes on Old Orchard Grove in the Avenue Road and Lawrence area has expanded into the construction of hundreds of residences around the GTA. Franca Siesto joined the Old Orchard team in 2012, adding her real estate and interior design expertise to the company. They founded Old Orchard Homes in 2014, using their experience in construction, design, and real estate, and have produced properties worth an estimated $500 million.

In 2012, Franca Siesto joined the Old Orchard team, bringing her vast expertise in both real estate and interior design. Her addition further elevated the company’s offerings, adding a refined focus on the aesthetics and functionality of living spaces. Together, Tony and Franca merged their skills, experience, and passion to co-found Old Orchard Homes in 2014. Since then, the company has produced residential properties valued at over $500 million, marking Old Orchard as one of the most respected names in the industry.
