Supply and sourcing of the WORLD’S FIRST 20 MW solar plant for Canadian Solar and CitySolar AG. Built and managed the largest solar PV manufacturing plant in Canada, with an annual production capacity of 450 MW. Designed and implemented the vertically integrated PV solar business plan for Canadian Solar, resulting in $2 billion in project revenue. Built a portfolio of 1 GW AC solar farms, yielding $2 million in income. $470 million in portfolio deals for TransCanada and $900 million for SkyPower. Developed the building’s master plan and oversaw its construction in West 5, London, Ontario.

Their staff has extensive knowledge of the administrative needs of international financing systems and international tax and compliance regulations. Their initiatives incorporate upfront extensive financial modeling to assure financial benefits alignment. First block of NZE townhouses inhabited in West 5, London, Ontario. Longos designed and handled the construction of the FIRST NZ full-service supermarket in Ontario. Stakeholder and sustainable partner in the building of an Ultra-luxury resort in Punta Mita, Mexico.
