Stockworth Developments operates under the brand names Stockworth, Stockworth Homes, Brooklin Brownstones, Olde Brooklin-The Mews, Dover Coast Homes, Prince George Landing, and King’s Landing. Robert Careyand John Lennox is the sole principals of Stockworth and the related brand names that Stockworth operates under. Stockworth was formed by Lennox and Carey in the early nineties and has been active in a variety of development projects across southern Ontario. Robert Carey is a Chartered Public Accountant and was the Chief Financial Officer of a public real estate company, which he was instrumental in taking public in the 1980s. John Lennox is a real estate broker. They have collected more than 70 years of combined experience and direct involvement in the real estate construction and development industry.
Over the years, they have been involved in corporations that have developed, constructed, and financed approximately 3,500,000 square feet of commercial retail space; the development, construction, and sale of over 2,000 housing units; and the development, construction, and sale of in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of industrial space.
