Sutherland Development is a 60-year-old, third-generation, family-owned and -operated residential construction enterprise. They began as a highly regarded custom home constructor known for their honesty, quality craftsmanship, and meticulousness.
In 1986, they identified a need for multi-residential condominiums in our community and became one of the first builders in the region to focus on this type of construction. They have become experts in this field over the years using the same quality craftsmanship and attention to detail for which they are known. Maple Crossing, Bristol on Main, The Courtyards on Main, and 6Ten Condos, with a combined total of 1006 condo units, were completed by Sutherland in 2006 in the swiftly developing Milton area.
