The initiatives of Tenblock are based on more than six decades of history. Although Tenblock was formally established in 2019, the company’s predecessors have been engaged in the construction and management of apartment developments in Toronto for over 65 years. These past iterations of Tenblock acted as landowners and developers for a significant number of its Current Project locations.
