Previously the Executive Vice President at Great West Life Realty Advisors Inc., Abrahams managed a portfolio of over 14,000 units and facilitated acquisitions totaling over $3.5 billion in Canadian real estate. A key project is The Benvenuto, a landmark residence designed by renowned modernist architect Peter Dickinson. This development has been revitalized by a skilled team of specialists, including the late Gordon Ridgely, who redesigned the foyer to offer stunning views of the city skyline. The project is further enhanced by contributions from Les Klein of Quadrangle Architects, who worked on the rooftop fitness expansion and parking garage redesign, alongside notable interior designer Bryon Patton and landscape architect John Lloyd.
