In its second generation, The Sud Group is a commercial and residential real estate development organization that conducts its business in both Canada and the United States. Over the course of the last 65 years, The Sud Group has grown its portfolio to encompass a variety of different types of real estate, including significant retail and commercial centers, condominium towers, residential communities, and urban mixed-use projects.
The Sud Group is unwavering in its dedication to the pursuit of the purchase of new development sites as well as the construction of new collaborations. David Sud left Poland and settled in Toronto, Ontario, in the early 1950s after making the decision to immigrate. This is the point from whence all else originates. In spite of the fact that he had no prior expertise in the field of real estate development, he had an entrepreneurial spirit, vision, and a strong desire to create.
