Worsley Urban
Worsley Urban was founded by developer Dino Longo with the goal of creating high-quality boutique residential complexes within urban settings. Longo graduated from George Brown College’s Construction Management Program and the Harvard Graduate School of Design’s Advanced Management Development Program for Real Estate (AMDP).
Dino Longo is president of Longo Development Corporation, a pioneering development, and construction company founded by his grandfather over 90 years ago, in addition to his role with Worsley. Longo has over 30 years of expertise working in real estate and developing industrial, commercial, and residential sites throughout the GTA as a third-generation builder. His work has included a master-planned business park in Dallas, a 3,200-bed nursing care facility in Toronto, various residential apartment holdings in Toronto, and development acreage in Florida.
The company takes pride in pushing the boundaries of design by combining traditional and contemporary architecture that complements the surrounding neighbourhoods. Worsley’s developments are sustainable homes that focus on creating long-term value for their home buyers by emphasizing architectural style, craftsmanship, and sophisticated design.
