Throughout the past four decades, the owners of i2 Developments have been involved in every aspect of real estate development, including planning, design, marketing, service, finance, and the construction of a vast array of physical structures.
They have completed several commercial and residential communities and projects in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond, including site development, infrastructure contracting, and custom home building. Consequently, they have received numerous Urban Design Awards, most notably for the 3100 Steeles Avenue West project.
Having served as managing Directors and/or Joint Venture Partners in a number of commercial and custom home building firms over the past four decades, the two have joined forces to launch i-Squared Developments and continue building their reputation as industry leaders committed to incorporating innovation and creativity into every project they undertake.
