The Daniels Corporation

The Daniels Corporation was created in 1983 by Chairman Emeritus John H. Daniels. In a nearly seven-decade-long career, the former CEO of Cadillac Fairview Development Corporation has left an unmistakable stamp on the quality of the locations where people live, work, play, learn, and shop. They have constructed over 35,000 award-winning homes and apartments, master-planned mixed-use, mixed-income, and multi-generational communities, as well as cultural, institutional, commercial, and retail spaces, since 1983.
Today, Mitchell Cohen, president and chief executive officer of Daniels, is driving the development of master-planned communities and increasing the relevance of city-building and social impact in the real estate business. Under the direction of a socially conscious and innovative management team, they have earned their position as one of Canada’s largest and most prestigious builders and developers. They have been an inclusive city-builder for more than three decades, always looking beyond the bricks to incorporate chances for social, cultural, and economic well-being to positively benefit the communities in which they create.
They plan, design, develop, and construct their residential and commercial properties in-house, as well as manage their rental communities and commercial buildings, allowing for the most efficient quality control and service. Essentially, they are an all-inclusive service provider — a corporation committed to seeing each construction project to its conclusion and beyond. Source: The Daniels Corporation
