DIALOG (formerly Cohos Evamy) is a Canadian architectural, engineering, interior design and planning firm. It operates as a single company, with studios in Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and San Francisco.

The firm is providing wide range of services include architecture, programming, urban planning, interior design, graphics and 3D modelling, and structural, mechanical and electrical engineering. They serve clients in different area such as retail, commercial office, education, health care institutions, research facilities, airports, retail petroleum stations and arts and cultural work.

Recent projects

Vancouver House
Vancouver House is comprised of four highly crafted buildings at the north end of the Granville Bridge. The project’s iconic tower dramatically unfolds from a mixed-use urban village under the bridge. This new neighbourhood is comprised of three intimately-scaled triangular buildings that provide spaces for working, shopping, and leisure. The tower gains its form in response to site constraints, shape shifting from a triangle at its base to a rectangle 500′ above the bridge.

Seneca College, Toronto
The four-storey facility is a living lab with exposed systems, flexible for future adaptations, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for student learning and interaction. An engaging gateway to the campus, Building A provides an additional 1,000 student seats and includes classrooms, computer labs, common areas, circulation, and an information commons.

The area around British Columbia Institute of Technology, which is roughly 14 minutes distant, has a strong educational infrastructure. Students of all ages will be able to find a suitable educational institution within a reasonable distance.

The best schools in the area include Farleigh Dickinson University Vancouver Campus, Northeastern University – Vancouver, and University Canada West.
