High-rise condo in Brampton

A new condominium development is on the way to densify this expanding Brampton area!

Duo Condos is a new high-rise luxury condominium development by National Homes and Brixen Developments Inc. at 245 Steeles Ave W, at the intersection of Hurontario Street and Steeles Avenue West.

This project will provide two beautiful 26-story high-rise structures with around 350 condo units in a variety of layouts precisely designed by the greatest Canadian designers, IBI Group and EsQape Design Inc. The development is expected to be completed in 2025.

The suites, which range in size from 500 to 750 square feet, will be equipped with modern conveniences and will have outstanding exterior and interior designs that complement the splendour of the city.

Duo Condos is a new condo project by National Homes & Brixen Developments and is currently in pre-construction at 245 Steeles Avenue West in Brampton in the major intersection is Steeles Avenue West & Hurontario Street.

IBI Group designed Duo Condos, and EsQape Design Inc. handled the interiors. It will consist of two 26-story and 25-story towers with mixed condo units. The units will be a combination of one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. The units will range in size from 500 to 750 square feet.

Residents may expect to discover accommodating amenities that will benefit and improve their quality of life, such as fitness centers for the active sorts and an adequate lounge area for resting, in this two-tower structure with a six-story podium.

Duo Condos will also have a plethora of relaxing amenities such as a party room, terrace, BBQ, gym, concierge, co-working space, lobby, flex lawn, parking spaces and much more. As a result, these luxurious amenities and livable suites bring joy and relaxation every day in the city.

Residents and visitors will be able to park in both subterranean and street-level garages at the condo. Parking will be available through the driveway on Malta Ave.
