E2 Condos is phase 2 of E condos. E2 Condos is located at 41 Roehampton Avenue in the Mount Pleasant West neighbourhood in Toronto. Riders can arrive to Union Station in downtown Toronto in just in 20-minute. The construction of the new Eglinton Crosstown LRT is now underway and is set to be completed by 2021.
